For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated by the vendor.

As a multi-vendor marketplace, each vendor is responsible for the quality, accuracy, and fulfillment of the products they sell.

However, esellershub.com reserves the right to intervene in disputes and make the final decision regarding refund requests to ensure a fair experience for all users.

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
